Move-In begins Monday, January 25th, 2027 (By request and pre-approval only). All other Booths in Expo/Connecting Lobby will begin to Move-In on Tuesday, January 28th at Noon.

Utilities & Services

If you require additional power, water, gas, forklift service, or sign hanging, please arrange for those services on the link that will be provided 6 months prior to the Show available above the application on our website.

One 120V / 15-amp outlet (standard household outlet) is included with your booth reservation.

Power Usage Reminder

Exhibitors are responsible for ensuring their equipment does not exceed the 15-amp capacity. High-demand items such as space heaters, coffee makers, cooking equipment, and multiple large appliances may require additional electrical service.

Consent(Required)
An Early Breakdown and/or Move-Out Penalty will be enforced this year. In the event that an Exhibitor removes any part of their exhibit or moves out before the designated time, they will be required to pay liquidated damages of $250.00 to WABA for their first offense.
Additionally, the Exhibitor will face a lower priority in booth selection for the next Home Show. If a second violation occurs, the Home Show Committee will determine the appropriate course of action.

If mailing a check, it must be received within (5) Business Days to reserve the Booth. A 50% Deposit is required to hold the Booth (Subject to approval by Home Show Management).
Acknowledgement(Required)
A credit card processing fee of 3% will be applied to all credit card payments. Customers may avoid this fee by paying with Debit Card, Check, or setting up an ACH payment at the time of being invoiced. Payments must be received within 10 business days of application date to secure your booth reservation.

Exhibitor shall maintain Commercial General Liability insurance with limits of not less than $1,000,000 per occurrence and $2,000,000 aggregate, covering the dates of the Home Show, including Move-In and Move-Out. A Certificate of Insurance naming Wichita Area Builders Association and Century II Performing Arts & Convention Center (if applicable) as Additional Insureds must be provided prior to Move-In. Failure to provide a Certificate of Insurance may result in cancellation of booth space without refund.
