Exhibit and Booth Information

Exhibitor move-in will take place Tuesday, January 26 through Thursday, January 28, 2027. Move-in dates and access are assigned based on booth size, equipment needs, and location. Exhibitors must follow their assigned move-in date and time.

Additional Booth Items

First, do you have an overhead sign to be hung? All overhead signs must be delivered through the South Loading Dock by 8:30 a.m. on Monday, January 25, 2027, and be fully assembled in the booth and ready to hang by 10:00 a.m.

Will your booth include carpet? If yes, will the carpet be provided by Henry Helgerson Company, the official show decorator?

Utilities & Services

Additional utilities and services, including upgraded electrical service, water, gas, forklift assistance, and overhead sign hanging, must be ordered separately. The service-order link will be posted above this application on the Home Show website when it becomes available.

One 120V / 15-amp outlet (standard household outlet) is included with your booth reservation.

Power Usage Reminder

Exhibitors are responsible for ensuring their equipment does not exceed the 15-amp capacity. High-demand items such as space heaters, coffee makers, cooking equipment, and multiple large appliances may require additional electrical service.

Early Breakdown and Move-Out Policy(Required)

Exhibitors may not dismantle, remove, or pack any portion of their exhibit before the official closing time. A first violation will result in a $250 penalty and lower priority when selecting booth space for the following Home Show. A second violation will be reviewed by the Home Show Committee, which will determine any additional action.

Certificate of Insurance Requirements(Required)

Exhibitor shall maintain Commercial General Liability insurance with limits of not less than $1,000,000 per occurrence and $2,000,000 aggregate, covering the dates of the Home Show, including Move-In and Move-Out. A Certificate of Insurance naming Wichita Area Builders Association and Century II Performing Arts & Convention Center (if applicable) as Additional Insureds must be provided prior to Move-In. Failure to provide a Certificate of Insurance may result in cancellation of booth space without refund.

A 50% deposit is required to hold your booth space, subject to approval by Home Show Management. Payment must be received within five business days of submitting the application. Booth space is not reserved until the required payment has been received.
