"A truly unique opportunity" is perhaps the best way to describe the 2008 Fall Parade of Homes. This three weekend event features over 230 Parade of Home entries built by 79 of the area's leading builders. The homes will be open from 12:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. during the three weekends beginning Saturday, October 11, 2008 and ending Sunday, October 26, 2008. Homes in the Parade range in price from $100,000 to over $2 million. The combined value of all entries is in excess of $68 million.
Homes in the area's most desirable neighborhoods are featured throughout the City of Wichita and Sedgwick County, as well as the following outlying communities: Andover, Bel Aire, Cheney, Clearwater, Derby, Goddard, Haysville, Maize, Newton, Park City, Rose Hill, and Valley Center.
There's a "dream home" for everyone in this year's Fall Parade of Homes and we invite you to see the newest and best that the area's finest builders have to offer. Tour the Parade and discover for yourself why "new is better" and today is the best time to buy a new home.
Enjoy the Parade!
